Art Choked Me to Death Bread

- 1 lb. French Bread (usually 2 loaves) NOT sourdough
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 40oz Can artichokes (drained and quartered)
- 2 2Tbls. Sesame Seeds
- 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 Tbls Lemon Pepper
Cut bread lengthwise and remove bread in center (it will look like a canoe), leaving the shell. In dutch oven melt margarine and saute garlic and sesame seeds. Add bread pieces and stir until margaine is absorbed and pieces are well coated. In a seperate bowl combine sour cream, parmesan cheese, monterey jack cheese, parsley and lemon pepper. Combine mixture with bread pieces, mix in artichokes. Spoon mixture into shells and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
